Bennett Kest

Bennett began his career managing restaurants in the Greater Cleveland area in 1980. It was then that he earned his real estate license and began selling homes part time. His success and talent quickly led to a position as Property Manager for M.H. Hausman Company, a pioneer real estate brokerage and management firm. Soon Bennett became Director of Property Management, handling more than twenty shopping centers totaling over three million square feet. He contributed to the re-development of eight shopping centers, ultimately increasing the value of each.
In 2000, Bennett joined First Interstate Properties to lead their third-party business and manage a portion of their portfolio, most notably Legacy Village in Lyndhurst, Ohio.
In 2005, Bennett formed his own company, Kest Property Management Group (KPMG). Much of the success of the shopping centers managed by KPMG can be attributed to Bennett’s customized approach to each location. His management style is tailored to meet the goals he helps establish for each property. New ideas, innovative strategies and the combination of the right skills, coupled with strong relationships with owners, tenants and contractors, allow him to consistently deliver the quality service property owners depend on.
Today Bennett manages nearly three million square feet of properties and continues to protect and enhance the value of his growing list of retail space.
