Marketing Events
Branding our shopping centers with annual events.
We host 4 annual events at our centers in an ongoing effort to promote each center as a place in the community for families to go to shop and eat. We hang large posters in the windows of all of the stores and have bag stuffer fliers at their registers weeks in advance, along with banners at the entrances of the centers. Additional marketing sometimes includes newspaper, radio and direct mail. The community begins to look forward to coming to the center for the events.
Free pictures with the Easter Bunny for an afternoon always draws hundreds of families to the centers and brings a smile to every child’s face.
Thousands of people come out for free food, fun and great back-to-school sales. We have large inflatable play areas, face painters, clowns, balloon artists, prizes, entertainment and much more.
Trick-or-Treating from store-to-store around Halloween every year provides a safe and fun place for families to bring their children in their costumes. The stores love this event because it brings people directly into their businesses.
Families line up to have a chance to see Santa. We provide free pictures on his lap and a special gift from Santa, along with Christmas music and festive decorations in the background.
